St Paul's "WARM SPACE"

As we move towards the winter months a countywide initiative is seeing places set up ‘warm spaces’ to support people who are affected by the cost-of-living crisis.

What is a ‘warm space?’

· A warm, heated space

· Company (‘a warm welcome’) and at least one member of staff/volunteer

· Free hot drinks (donations welcome)

· Open at least 2 hours a week

In addition to the above, in Seaton, we will also look to provide a selection of newspapers for reading on site and possibly some opportunities for ‘tabletop’ games or activities.

Thanks to a very kind and generous donation we are able to offer this facility in Seaton and will open our ‘warm space’ in St Paul’s Church Hall, beginning on Thursday 3rd November from 10.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Our ‘warm space’ will then run every week throughout the winter months, unless otherwise notified, and ALL are welcome to come along and enjoy.

We would like to thank Taylor's Joinery and Plastics for their very kind and generous initial donation to help us launch this new initiative
